Living in Sterling, VA

A connected Northern Virginia community with established neighborhoods, convenient amenities, and easy access to the Dulles area.

Whether you’re buying your first home, moving to Northern Virginia, or looking for a place to settle down, Sterling offers a variety of homes and neighborhoods with a distinctly local feel.

About Sterling

Sterling is a diverse and established community in eastern Loudoun County, conveniently located near Dulles International Airport and major Northern Virginia employment centers.

What I like about Sterling is the variety. You’ll find established neighborhoods with mature trees alongside newer developments, townhomes alongside single-family homes, and quiet residential streets close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and everyday conveniences.

I’ve called Sterling home myself, so this is a community I know not just as a real estate market, but as a place to live.
